Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2006

Organisations are required to have in place a record of the asbestos present in any buildings in which they carry out their business. CAR also requires that an organisation has in place procedures to manage the risk of any asbestos found to be present.

An asbestos survey is the most significant step to meeting CAR regulation 4.
